To BE or to HAVE we must first DO.

This year has been a year of change for me and many of my friends. Why is this? 

I’ve heard that it’s the year of fire. I’ve read that it’s the year of the dragon. The Black Water Dragon to be exact.  Just trying to find a clear answer on what this year will bring shows me that this actually may be the most unclear year in my life!

But I do know one thing. And that is that I love change! Every change is an opportunity to learn and grow. So whatever happens, I’m welcoming it with an open mind. And I encourage you to as well! 

Even the smallest change can spur an exponential metamorphosis for you.  Why not make it a positive change, such as starting an exercise program?

I personally know what it feels like to not want to do anything. I promise I practice laziness on a regular basis. But I also promise that it can be just as easy to start something by taking a small step.

Trying a class at the gym, going for a walk in the park, or even setting a goal to be able to do 20 pushups will set up a desire in you to feel better. It’s the body’s natural way of inspiring us to be more healthy because if FEELS GOOD.  Then we want to eat better because it FEELS GOOD. And we want to rest our body because it FEELS GOOD. And we make healthy decisions and before we know it we’re addicted to being healthy because… it FEELS GREAT!

Success appreciates action. Even if it’s the smallest action, make moves! Today! 

What do you desire? A leaner, stronger body and/or a more flattering figure? A new job and/or more money? More friends? Anything you desire you can have. But you have to take action to get there. 

Do something today to take that step towards what you want. Even if it’s just writing down what your desire is.  And then FEEL GREAT about it!  Enjoy!
