Challenge Day 5

I challenge you to make a CHANGE.

Recently I've heard a lot of complaining about the new facebook homepage. Some people just don't like change. And that's okay... we all have our own opinions. But when it comes to your health, how can anyone say a change to be more fit isn't a good thing?

Do you know what you want to change about your health and fitness?

Ask yourself these three questions...

1. What do I want to change?
2. Why do I want make this change?
3. How am I going to make this change occur?

If you don't truly know that you want a change, it will not happen on it's own.

  1. This is awesome for both those re-energizing their fitness goals and the tenured athlete. Although the idea of perfection can often times stifle positive change, quite commonly change is a model for the process of perfection.

Your challenge addresses not only form and fit, it promotes function as well. Change in even the simplest activities/routines noticeably enhances cognitive and motor skills. You've challenged us to exercise our mind and body, which needs to be asked of us more often.

Thanks for the challenge and great blog!
